Is the end date included?
By default the calculator counts the days from the start date up to, but not including, the end date — the same way you would count nights of a stay. Tick "Include end date" to count both days.
What counts as a working day?
Monday through Friday. Tick "Exclude US federal holidays" to also skip federal holidays that fall on weekdays (using their observed dates).
How are months counted?
Months are counted on the calendar: from January 15 to March 15 is 2 months. If the start day does not exist in a month (for example the 31st), the last day of that month is used.
